About Us

CCS was started by Raymond Chauvin in 1967 with one crane, an 11-ton Bucyrus Erie. Today CCS has a fleet of cranes; Rough terrains, All terrains, Hydraulics, Conventional Lattice Boom Truck Cranes & Crawlers. CCS performs quality crane service, steel and precast installation, and steel and wooden bridge construction all over New England and northern New York.

We are proud to be an ESOP and our safety program is second-to-none. We take great pride in our “Advanced Certified Steel Erector” status with the American Institute of Steel Construction (AISC) and our “Qualified Erector” status through PCI (Precast / Prestressed Concrete Institute.)
